We work with landowners, municipalities and project developers in Germany and across Europe. Every partnership follows the same principle: clear terms, direct contact and a counterpart who stays.
Landowners
Your land, a steady income, one counterpart.
We lease land for battery storage under long-term, index-linked agreements. Acton carries all development, construction and operating costs. You carry none.
At the end of the term we remove the plant completely. In our lease agreements we commit contractually to full decommissioning.
And because we do not sell our projects on, the counterpart you sign with is the counterpart who operates the site. Your contact stays the same.
What makes a site suitable
- Around 1 hectare or more
- Near a substation or a high-voltage line
- Good access for construction and maintenance
- Outside protected areas
Municipalities
Grid stability for the region, revenue for the community.
A battery storage plant is quiet, compact and unmanned. It contributes to the place that hosts it.
Community participation
Financial participation for the host municipality, following the model established by the EEG, is possible. We discuss the framework openly.
A stronger regional grid
Storage supports the local network and helps connect more wind and solar in the region reliably.
Early, open communication
We engage early in the permitting process, keep councils informed and stand for dialogue with residents.

We acquire ready-to-build battery storage projects and enter co-development partnerships. Because we hold what we buy, we look for projects we want to operate for decades and we review them accordingly.

We review projects from 5 MW upwards, as single sites or as portfolios.

Our focus is the German, Polish and Italian grids. That is where we develop, build and operate.

The grid connection process should be well underway. We assess its status early in the review.
